You may NOT: (a) share your API key with any third party, (b) publish or post your API key publicly, (c) sell, resell, or sublicense access to your API key, (d) use automated means to generate multiple accounts or stockpile API keys for free service.","3_rate_limits":"Starter (free) plan: 1,000 requests per rolling 7-day window, 1 API key, max 3 unique IP addresses. Pro plan: 50,000 requests per day, up to 5 API keys, max 10 unique IPs per key. Enterprise: 500,000/day, 20 keys, 50 IPs per key. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary throttling or account suspension.","4_abuse_prevention":"We monitor API key usage patterns including unique IP addresses, request frequency, and user-agent signatures. Abuse indicators include: sharing keys across many IPs, generating excessive keys, circumventing rate limits via multiple accounts, or using the service for unauthorized commercial redistribution. Detected abuse will result in key revocation and possible account termination without refund.","5_ip_tracking":"To protect against abuse and unauthorized key sharing, we log the IP address and user-agent of each API request. This data is used solely for security enforcement and is retained for 90 days.","6_data_privacy":"Memories stored through the API are private to your account. We employ zero-knowledge end-to-end encryption: your data is encrypted on your device before it reaches our servers. We cannot read, access, or decrypt your stored data — even under legal compulsion — because we do not hold your encryption keys. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256-GCM). We do not sell, share, or use your stored data for training purposes.","7_service_availability":"The service is provided 'as-is' without guarantees of uptime or availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.","8_termination":"We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for Terms of Service violations. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your API keys are revoked and stored data is deleted within 30 days.","9_liability":"iGenius Memory is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.","10_changes":"We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
